Free Fall map says unavailable

I get the following message on Call of Duty Ghosts:

So when I choose to download it I get the following:

I have tried deleting system cache following these steps and no difference was made:

To do that, press and hold down the power button on your console for 5-10 seconds until the console powers off. Leave the console off for ~60 seconds, then power it back on.

So how can I get this map please?

UPDATE: I didn't even try to download FreeFall again... I was just wasting time in COD Multiplayer, then what do you know, I'm playing Freefall Very strange map - nowhere to hide. Just letting everyone know - it just showed up for me?!!! Thanks (unknown

Yup I was told this by someone bright spark and it made no difference whatsoever.. So good luck with that one... You will watch the world go by as you spend forever re-installing all the updates, but at the end of it all…. The map is STILL
unavailable.

Hi, I had the same issue and after hours on the phone to Microsoft and activision they could not fix the issue. I deleted everything and downloaded the COD season pass again and then it worked.

Activision told me to uninstall the game and all addons and shut off the Xbox for 10 mins, place the disc back into the xbox, then proceed to re-install the updates. They said it should work itself out. If not, go back to their support and ANOTHER agent
will help me out. Jumping through hoops boys and girls...jumping through hoops. I'll post an update after all of those steps are completed.

Feb 21 and still not fixed. Activision or not, MS needs to address us. Are they too busy scrambling to catch up to PS4 sales
