Hi, I had the same issue and after hours on the phone to Microsoft and activision they could not fix the issue. I deleted everything and downloaded the COD season pass again and then it worked.

 

Im having this problem. Has anyone figured it out please

 

I was having the same issue. My solution was to re redeem the code from my xbox one ghost copy. And it changed the statues from unavailable to able to download. Hope that helps.

 

I'm having this problem too got the download notice but can't download

 

Try redeeming your code by manually typing it in. This solution worked for me and DDR5K. If that doesn't work, try clearing your cache, turn off your console for 60 seconds, then try the download again. If you are still having issues after that, you may
need a new dlc code, but good luck on that. This answer was based on the previous replies and may not actually fix your problem.

 

Umm thought I would pop back to see if anyone had actually sorted this issue and it seems not. Had nothing but problems since upgrading to Xbox One, but nobody seems to address the issues. Nice one Microsoft, you haven’t failed to disappoint me again!

 

I' came here to join in on this. I'm having problems with this map, as well. Has anyone had any luck? I'm not even sure what code I had that allowed me to get this map. Was it the Day One Achievement?

It isn't an MS issue and Activision have yet to answer my emails so I suggest everyone contact them as the more people do so the more chance we have of them getting it sorted.

 

Still though MS should fine these companies for releasing unfinished products I got a refund for the BF4 issue but then just to walk into this new problem MS need to ensure these things are sorted before people spend money on them as it reflects on THERE
console

 

Maybe…. this is an Activision or maybe ….its MS, BUT strange that neither have offered a fix or any kind of explanation isn’t it. THIS is what infuriates people more than anything, just leave users in the dark, say nothing and hope people
go away. If there is a problem then fair enough, but
DARN WELL TELL US ABOUT IT AND WHATS BEING DONE, DON’T SIT IN SILENCE AND LEAVE US ALL HANGING.. Very bad business practice, takes a long time to get a good reputation and seconds to lose it.

 

I will tell you all now I got my 54.99 back for battlefield 4 if you got the game from xbox live market place and you want a refund you get it from them if you got the game from simply or shopto you get your refund from them but good luck cos you would have
broke the seals and there nothing wrong with disc......activision should have not sold something that didn't work like BF4 and xbox supported me then should support us now
