Free Dragon Ball Z Season 1 not free?

I was told Season 1 was free on my home page but when I went there it wasn't free.

is is free or not?

If you go into the Xbox Video app and locate Season 1 of Dragon Ball Z, you'll see that the Season Pass is free. The individual episodes are 50% off.

 

I am also wondering about this, since the first season is supposed to be free why does it cost more than the other seasons? Way to go Microsoft!

Even on the xbox video website season one says its free but when you try and play an episode it asks you to purchase the episode. And the buy the whole season option is totally gone...

 

Glad to see I am not the only one having this problem. I even went so far to see if it would actually charge me and IT DID. Total BS! And they wonder why their consumer trust and confidence is so low. Hopefully this was just an oversight but surely by
now someone has to be aware and yet it remains the same.

 

I am having the same issue, I did the same as Draw176 and pushed confirm and it charged me.

I would appreciate if a staff member could help with this situation.

Thank you. Will have to try that route. Don't know why they made it a "go around your nose to get to your butt" type of thing. The only reason I accepted the charge was that I was thinking it was like the credit card thing for the games with gold promotion-where
it asks for a credit card but doesn't actually charge it. MS should really give us our money back due to that misleading garbage and lack of proper instruction. Almost feels like they are trying to snake a few extra bucks from us.

 

I tried the workaround and ended up on a page that says Get Season 1; Free; This transaction is subject to the Xbox Live terms of use and any additional terms. I can't get any further.

 

the video.xbox.com solution worked for me, clicked on season 1, then the purchase button said free.
