But I see there are a few people who have already gotten the Stick of Truth for Xbox One? Are you referring to the South park Fractured But Whole? I know that was pushed out but I thought you were supposed to get a code for South park Stick of truth last
month or so?

If you pre-ordered South Park The Fractured But Whole, you wouldn't get South Park The Stick of Truth until you're actually charged for the game. If you pre-purchased, which was available for a short time, where you had the actual payment already go through
on your payment method, then you would have received the license for the game.

For the Dead Space Ignition, if the phone team didn't see the license on your account when you called in, there might not be a lot we can do since we don't have access to your account here. Do you see that you own the game

I'm also having a problem with the backwards compatible 360 Arcade title Dead Space Ignition. I purchased that game in October of 2010. It does not show up on my Ready to Install tab. The listing for the game on the Xbox One store shows that I need to
pay for it, but the Xbox.com listing shows that I have already purchased the game. For some reason, the representative was unable to find a record of the game in my purchase history.
