Free Code Scam (Xbox security please look into)

I have gotten multiple messages on Xbox live reading as Follows:[Mod Removed]

Security code

I have tried for weeks to get a security code to log into my Xbox one, however one is never received at my email address. I tried to log into Xbox support and they want to send a security code for me to log in there and I never receive that code either.
Please help I am very irritated.

Not the greatest idea to post a link to a scamming site on a public forum.

All you can do is report the message & sender via your console
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo & block the sender.

any free ms points except for bing or xbox rewards program is most likely a scam

don't go looking for it

its also against the rules to ask for free money because usually those scams will take your account

earn your own money live life and play fair

Same problem here ordered on the 4th and no free code. Company scams me left and right duplicate charges
