    Free code for Walking dead?


    I got a message from an account named "Xbox Live" and in it was a message claiming I was a valued customer and it contained a prepaid code for The Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 1. Is this normal practice for microsoft? The email did not ask me to log in
    anywhere special, just to redeem it on Xbox.com. Doesn't seem fake as the code worked, but it seemed a bit weird there was no email involved for this.

    Apparently "xbox live" is genuine xbox staff,as this has been brought up before.

    I think episode 1 of season 1 was free too,without a code, so it is probably true.

    If you ever get messages that ask for personal details or to follow links,never do it.
