    Free Cell counter problem


    Free Cell game counter does not update after 2949. The Stats from the game say 2950 and the summary stats say 2949. Rebooting is not the answer.

    I can see why many PS4 fans are rallying...The is Sony's LAST chance...

    200$ cheaper not gonna happen unless you count cell phone pricing

    MY Windows 8.1 freecell has the same problem but at a different value.

    My Free Cell on 8.1 stopped updating game wins and losses also just after 6/22/2014. If anyone discovers a fix, please post it.

    Same problem. Tried to uninstall and re-install Solitaire. Didn't help but even Pyramid stopped counting wins and losses Free Cell counter problem :(

    You're lucky, mine stopped counting at 9558 wins 0 losses.

    Hi, Microsoft has a list of people who purchased the Solitaire Collection and their e-mail addresses. If the company knows about an issue, such as the game counter is stuck, it needs to send an e-mail to its customers. It saves unproductive uninstall/reinstall
    activity plus bewilderment plus ill will.

    My Freecell counter stopped working about the time of the last batch of windows updates. Tried uninstall/re-install which didn't work. Hope there is a fix soon. It is very frustrating.

    I have the same problem. I noticed that free Cell also does not close well when I close it (if I enter the activity manager [? gestione attivit : after I click ctrl alt del ] it shows that the application is still open even if it appears closed!) and gives
    me a memory error when I shut down windows!

    Considering this problem has now been around since before your blog on here I am disgusted that Microsoft/ Xbox/Arcade Games has not yet found a fix for this problem or notified users or issued an update or actually DONE SOMETHING!! It is well beyond a
    joke now and short of everybody who has the problem uninstalling the game en masse I for one am not expecting any response soon. There also DOES NOT appear to be a way of directly reporting the problem to Microsoft?

    Mine has the same problem, It's stuck on 48.....I've tried everything as well...I f I restart my computer it goes back to 47...Then stops again at 48.

    Mine stopped counting and reduces my wins total whenever I have a loss.
