Free tank for World of Tank advertised on the dashboard

So last night this went up, and I believe that laws require advertising pledges to be honoured, so I was wondering if there was a way I could claim my free Brazilian M41b for World of Tanks Xbox One

I totally agree and especially where I'm getting Forza 5 for free, I look at it that it's knocked £45-50 off of my total cost.

If you tap "A" to go into that tile, all of the instructions on how to claim the free content should be there. You may need to watch a promotional video or answer a quick question (I'm not sure as not seen this on my Xbox yet).

It's since transpired that it was a Microsoft error, there was no free tank being offered by Wargaming.

However does this now mean Microsoft now owe us a tier VIII light tank? As the promotion did say so

If this was an error, then unfortunately it would mean that the promotion didn't exist, and Microsoft doesn't owe DLC to Xbox Live customers.

not entirely.. depends on the country.. uk your statutory rights trump your terms and conditions as its a service contract agreement... anything provided under a contract must be honoured unless its a mistake that you take advantage off.. value exceeds £50
but photographic evidence must be available to show.
