    Purchase issues and Age restrictions?

    So I try to purchase and download free avatar items it gives me a download error, and if that isn't the case it says my account cannot download said item because its a child/teen account. Restricting avatar items? REALLY guys? I won't even start on my issues
    with redeeming codes.

    This is a common error if you will buy an item specially avatar items that are free like the Overwatch free avatar prop on Xbox One that are originally released on Xbox 360. Unlike Back Compat that can be purchased now on Xbox One, except of course if you
    are using Microsoft points. These avatar props can only be purchased on Xbox 360 Market. If you have an Xbox 360 console. you may try to purchase it there.

    Gold is the free to play currency you pay real dollars for.You can still unlock lots of free avatar item in games but not all games have them.There used to be a website that showed all free avatar itenms you could unlock.To see if a game has avatar items
    to unlock open the guide and hit the awards tab.This will show the items that are unlockable and how to do it.
