Free $50 credit and game with Xbox one S

Hi all

I have been onto Microsoft about the $50 code with Xbox one S. As I bought my 2TB console on launch I didn't get the code they are currently offering. Microsoft very kindly credited me the $50 after asking the question but have said I must come on here for
the free game that came with the bundle they are also currently offering. I did try XBOX chat fbut at but they also sent me here to get it sorted.

So how do I go about getting the free game code?

when will i get 50,000 reward credits

I bought the Gears of war 4 s bundle on Nov. 16th and I haven't received the 50,000 credits yet. I received the Xbox one s bundle and free game on Nov. 21st but no 50,000 reward credits. On Xbox live rewards when you go to mymissions it says you'll get
50,000 reward credits, free game and expedited shipping when you buy an Xbox one s on Microsoftstore.com. I did that, would like to know if I'll get the 50,000 reward credits or if I wasted a lot of money for an Xbox one s when I have an Xbox one.

 

Upgraded to xbox one S (per My Mission) but did not get promo as advertised

Since that is an offer through the Microsoft Store, you would have to try their customer support to see if there is anything they can do.

 

I've been back into them again and they keep saying it can be done but by XBOX support only

bundle deal is only available from the Microsoft Store. If you purchased it through the Microsoft Store and did not receive the items you will need to either contact their

support or go back to the store you purchased it from. If you did not purchase it from the Microsoft store, you will not qualify for the bundle. Thanks for understanding!
