    xbox live dashboard renewal

    Renew xbox lived gold subscription with 20% off, and receive free game (Halo Reach and Fable 3 being options).

    Never receieved option to chose which game I want. Contacted support and was told to wait 6-8 weeks.

    Renewed subscription 3-5-2011.

    Didn't receive my extra 3 months from promo in January

    I never received the 3 free months with purchase of 3 months of gold. Support chat directed me to this forum

    NBA 2K19 35,000 VC and Xbox Live Deal

    I just saw a deal called "Rules of the Court" for Xbox Live Gold for my Xbox One. The deal stated that if I bought 3 months of Xbox Live Gold I would get 35,000 VC. I bought the 3 months but I never receieved my VC for NBA 2K19. I have contacted
    a tech, and he told me that there was nothing he could do, and that he could not find proof that the deal existed even when I sent him pictures of the deal.

    We never even get that far.

    Once I click on the 'free with gold' button, it goes to the 'buy a gold account - 12 months, 3 months, 1 month' screen

    She has gold, and can download the Xbox One GWG games, just not the backwards compatible games

    Currently there are no promotions for the free one-month trial, sorry.. more than likely that is due to the fact that there is the Games for Gold promotion running at the moment. Gold members are getting 2 free games a month just for subscribing to the gold
    service (currently the free game is Halo 3)

    Feel free to call Xbox Support and ask them to try out the service for free, you never know what might happen ^_^
