    Still awaiting my free month code after initially leaving details on here over a week guide following the guidelines.

    Purchased 3 months gold using the PUBG link on xbox.com on the 22nd January 2018

    I have spoken to customer support and been on chat numerous times but just get sent here, no mods reply to my messages.

    Can someone please sort this out and send me my code.

    I've had been with xbox Live since it began and do not appreciate the way this situation has been handled.

    I chatted with Jeanelle J about this. On February 15 2018 I purchased a 3 month subscription to Xbox live through microsofts website. There was a promotion that you buy 3, get 3 free. I never recieved the code for the free 3 months
    of Xbox live. Order #9747702285. Please help me to get my code for 3 months of Xbox live

    I purchased 3 months XBOX Live Gold on 2/7/2018. at the time, there was a promo for 3 free months if you purchased 3 months. The code for the 3 free months would be sent to my inbox. I have not received the code yet.

    Could someone help me deal with this problem.

    I'm trying to add the 3 months free to my Xbox live account and every time I do it comes back with this error code and I don't know how to fix it. I got it for free when I bought the 3 months membership card and it got me a 3 months for free. I was able
    to redeem the card code but the code printed on the receipt comes back with this error code.

    The expiration on the receipt says is good until Feb/2019

    Please help me
