Free 14 days trial for XBOX LIVE already used when purchasing a NEW XBOX ONE...

Last December, I bought a new XBOX One for my son instead of a PlayStaton 4. Last week, he asked me to insert the 14 days free trial code to try XBOX LIVE, in order for him to try FortNite on the XBOX. I was surprised to find out that the code was already
used (not by me, and I am the only admin user holder of the family), suspecting that someone might have already bought this machine and returned it to the stoe, after using the free trial code (my own assessment). I then called the XBOX "NO-customer-support" to
understand what might of hppend, butthe only answer I got from them is :"Your code was used by another acount". They were not even able to tell me from what accoun it was used. I therefor asked if I could have another card (or code) so my son can simply
try XBOX IVE as he was entitle with that XBOX. Answer from the "No=Customer-service"?

"No, we can't. We only have a 30 day trial, but you have to buy it".

No need to tell you how disapointing I am from a company that is not caring about a new Customer. Needless t say that I will try to return the XBOX to go by a PlayStation instead.... they might have a better Customer service then Microsoft...

Adding 14 Day Xbox Live to my One Year Subscription

Hello, I recently pick up the new Xbox One X and it came with a free 14 day trial for Xbox Live. I already have one year of Live that lasts till around June of 2018. I put in the code for the 14 day trial and it seems that nothing has happened. Will the
14 days be just added on to my one year subscription or did nothing happen at all with my Xbox Live subscription?

 

Cannot use the 30 days trial of Game Pass which is included in the Xbox One X package

As the title says I cannot use the 30 days trial of the Game Pass which I received after buying the Xbox one X. The reason is because I already used the 14 days free trial and now I am already a "member". If I would've known that beforehand I would used
the 30 days immediately instead of the 14 days first.
