Free 14 day trial not working

hi so I got an email on the 18th saying that you guys want me to come back to Game Pass so bad that you want to give me a two-week free trial so I click on the link it brings me to the website where it says free 14-day trial join now I click on that it has
me sign in to my Microsoft account brings me back to the page then wants to charge me 9.99 for a month of Game Pass

Trying to figure out how to get this free 14-day trial that you guys gave me

Game pass trial not working

I signed up for 14 day free trial and it still wont let me download sea of thieves still says sign up for 14 day trial or buy the game. when i click on sign up for 14 day free trial it tells me to pay 10 dollars.
