    Free 14 Day Live Gold disappeared after 1 day!!!


    We set up on Christmas Day and redeemed the 14 day free Gold account - we were going to subscribe for a year after this expired. Game download failed which we thought was because of the problems on Xmas Day, but today the account has gone, can't download
    anything and when we tried to set it up again it says the original code has already been redeemed.

    Is this connected to the mess up on Xmas day and anyone any idea how we get our 14 day freebee back?

    I don't have a game pass or live gold subscription.

    If I start the 14 day trial game pass, can I still use the $1 game pass promotion?

    Same for live gold is there's a free trial.

    Yea it is the issue with the network, and I wouldn't expect Xbox Support to compensate your loss.
