Hi, i have a problem with this promotion, i buy that promotion (1 month of Xbox Game Pass and 1 month of Xbox live Gold), and yes i have my game pass month but i havent recibed the xbox live gold code for 1 free month from The xbox oficial acount what must
have to do?

Sometimes it can take up to 2 weeks to receive those codes. That is how it was when I got a code for 6 Months of free Spotify Premium with 1 Month purchase of Xbox Game Pass.

I recently purchased an Xbox Live Bundle from Best Buy. Within the bundle, it came with
1 month free pass fro Xbox Live Gold, 1 month free pass to Xbox Game Pass, and the new Star Wars Jedi: Fallen order for download. All of the codes for each of the passes were still active, except for the new Xbox Live Gold pass I received.
Can I get a new code since i just purchased this and expected it to be active still once I received it?

I am wondering if I can redeem a code for a free month of Xbox Game Pass, I read on the internet that you are giving it away and If you sign up to Xbox rewards, and I haven’t got my code yet so looking to redeem it.

That was an offer through the Microsoft Rewards program. If you signed up for that program during the offer period and did jot receive a code, you would need to contsct their customer
support.
