Free 1 month subscription but cannot download games

Hi,

I subscribed to the trial 1 month Live Gold subscription. The transaction was confirmed and I see it in my Microsoft Account.

But I'm not able to download games. All the free live games of this month have a value associated and I can't use my trial subscription.

Can anyone help, please?

Games with gold problem

I've just bought a 1 month xbox live gold subscription , but still I'm unable to download the "game with gold" for free, instead it's only letting me download it for full prize

 

Free Gold for 1 month and Gold for $1 for 1 month = 2 months for $1?

If I activate my free gold for 1 month and then purchase the gold for $1 for first month, will I get 2 months of Gold for $1?

Secondly, will I be eligible to download the free Games with Gold? Or would I require the full $60/year subscription? (Or monthly)

Yes, it does. PayPal.

This account was the free one from xbox live gold webpage and it worked for about two weeks.

 

I got 3 months XBOX LIVE GOLD membership and it will expire on March 24, 2016.

I want to take free games with gold membership, but I can't. I can download only "The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing", but loading the "Thief" I am asked to add my credit card. Place - Lithuania.

You are only showing silver here. If you have a gold membership you might try logging out and logging back in. Let us know. Good Luck!

Did you try logging out and back in? Sometimes it takes a little time for everything to sync. up.

 

Yes I did it several times. And still I am asked for credit card.

 

You are still showing silver here. You might need to call phone support about the account issue.
