Free 1 Month of EA Access Code from FIFA 17 Pre-order did not work

I was recently given a 1 month of EA Access code by a friend that he received for pre-ordering FIFA 17 but it would not work... I confirmed that the code had not been used by talking to my friend, also he already has a one year subscription so has no need
for it. I contacted Live Chat Support and they told me to make a post hear and that I would get help.... Please contact me ASAP.

it just says "something went wrong... please try again later" nothing specific

 

So nothing XBOX? What the ****.... your Live Chat couldn't help me and now I still have no reply from you. So much for "Support"
