Free 1 month live Gold not working.

Okay, so, I never used that "free 1 month you have with a new account" neither bought any gold subscription on my account.

Today I Found it on the xbox.com site, and tried to get it, with a payment method and everything.

Problem is, I managed to "redeem" it, and it showed for a moment that I had it on my account, but when I went on to my Xbox 360, it didn't show that I had Xbox live gold, and when I refreshed the page, it wasn't showing that I had too.

I got this:

So I went on Commerce.Microsoft.com, and it shows this:

So, I can't try and get a new Trial, nor use the currently I "have" because, somehow, I don't actualy have it.

What can I do?

PS. I am from Brazil and I used a Brazilian credit card but the site was switched to "Brazil Region" on the purchase.

Xbox live profile problems

Hello.

Problem: I recently got 1 month free xbox live gold membership (5/8/12) expiration date. So couple days prior the end I purchased online via this site, gold membership for 1 year. However, now my free 1 month is gone the xbox cannot render my new live purchase?
I tried to download a new profile but its not working, "Xbox memebership not valid"

Please someone help. [mod removed] is my email for live

Do i need xbox live

Yes you will need Xbox live. It works out at around £3.33 a month.

Keep your eye out for some bargains on Xbox live.

I think you might still get a 1 month free pass when you set your account up via the Xbox.

You can currently get a 12 + 1 Month Xbox Live Gold Membership from CDKeys for £29.90.

 

Call Cx support, if you get the right person and ask nicely you may be able to get 1 month of xbox live gold as a trial.
