    I was hacked on 11/23/2012 I lost 3250 points, someone bought FIFA points with my account and I called support and they did an investigation and emailed me the next day basically saying that I was lying and had purchased the FIFA myself, but I do not even
    own the game. so I'm out 30$

    Your best bet is to contact support via phone or the live chat. They'll be able to look at your account to see if you've mistakenly been charged twice and if so, they should be able to refund you.
