    WHAT A JOKE!!! Just found out I have the game Destiny and always thought it was a Xbox gold game from my 360 as it just appeared on my Xbox One! I hate the game and have never played it! My friend was the one who pointed this out to me saying "Why
    have you bought Destiny when you hate the game" I said I didn't it was a free game and he said "I DONT THINK SO LOOK ITS ON OFFER ON XBOX GOLD!!!" So we checked my payment history only to find TONS of declined payments for a "one time roll back" Declined payments
    for other games (off an old debit card) and a Purchase for Destiny game and a White T-Shirt??? I contacted support and explained it went back to last year and would this be a problem and they said "NO because your account has been fraudulently used and on
    different consoles" They told me to ask for a call back from customer support and I would get a refund! WELL I spoke to customer support who confirmed my account had been comprimised but they couldn't refund as it was last year!!!! So with like 10 declined
    payments on ONE DAY of an old card WHY WASN'T I CONTACTED??? I've been a member of Xbox since the very first one and now I have a 360 and Xbox One but feel totally let down considering MY SUPPORT of your company! All my friends have PS4s so I might as well
    trade my Xbox One in for a PS4.. Sounds petty? maybe it is but if my loyalty isn't given back what's the point? Oh final point he actually had the cheek to say why don't you UPGRADE it with the offer we have, you may enjoy it?? WTH!!!

    You should contact support they will start an Unauthorized Case.

    Click here to contact Xbox support

    They should be able to catch whoever purchased stuff from your account.

    I was playing battlefield 3 and I don't know if i made someone angry or something or if it was someone overseas just *** around but I was signed out of xbox. I signed back in and it said my gt was a signed in elsewhere. Obviously someone was doing something
    to me so i kept signing in and getting signed out repeatedly trying to slow them down and by the time I was able to change passwords and emails and whatnot, the person had purchased the first 10 new game add-ons available on xboxlive at the time, costing me
    ............60.........god damn dollars.

    So I am wondering if there is any possible way of finding who did this, and if he lives in the United States, take some sort of legal action against him.

    Or at the least get my $60 dollars back.

    And i would like if someone could give me a more sure fire way to do this than call xbox live, because they obviously don't have their *** together from what i've read and experienced from their support in the past.

    So if anyone has a great answer to this then I deeply thank you.

    First things first Destiny for 360 xbox and for xbox one are two different versions of the same game, they differ in quality and in price, so there was no chance for you to download the game on xbox 360 and find it in your xbox one.

    Secondly if the are irregularities through the method of payment you have used, it's your bank that should contact you and not the xbox live service.

    Thirdly there is no chance whatsoever to get refunds for purchases made more than 12 months ago so I suggest you to be more careful in the future with your purchases.

    A digital xbox giftcard was purchased on my account, it wasnt purchased by anyone in our household and was purchased using my paypal account (which i never use for microsoft purchases) and an email containing a code to redeem was received. Strangely enough i received a security alert shortly after saying that someone else might have accessed my account. Microsoft are refusing to refund me and I have having great difficultly trying to contact them to challenge this, finding their support absolutely rubbish. Any suggestions?

    Hello Joel, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your billing.

    The best way to challenge the refund decision for your request is to respond to the email you received. Provide as much detail as possible in the response.

    In the meantime I'd recommend changing your password and turning on 2FA via https://account.microsoft.com/security if you don't already have it on to prevent things like this happening again.
