    Fraudulent Suspension of account without option of case review


    I have been wrongfully suspended on Xbox live, and I cannot submit a case review, because the suspension does not appear on enforcement.xbox.com/history. I am suspended from 6/21/18 until 7/5/18. With no proof of why this suspension
    has taken place, also without option to submit a Case review. Fraudulent Termination of a service is a crime. It has been four days.

    I have talked to 4 different 1-800-469-9269 Xbox support employees and they also were unable to help me resolve this unlawful action.

    Suspended for no reason without even playing all day

    It is possible that you got a fraudulent key from g2a, Although i have purchased from them in the past and so have many of my friends without any issue.

    Your only option is the enforcement.xbox.com site and to appeal the ban via the case review.

  3. I cannot file a case on my suspension

    If you dont see the option to file a case review then you are not eligible.

    You can only file a case review for a suspension that is longer than 24 hours. You must file the case review within 12 months of receiving the suspension. It will only work on account suspensions not console bans. Finally you can only file one case review
    a year.

    Double check which actual account you are using on XBL that has an enforcement action on

    http://enforcement.xbox.com
    and log in with the account that received the suspension for any information and possible options.

    If you believe his account was compromised, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox

    I have checked multiple times that I am logging into the correct account. My account hasn’t been compromised, the enforcement team has made a mistake and needs to correct their error

  6. Is it a communications suspension so when you try and join a party it comes up with the message of the enforcement action?

    Is it trying to do a multiplayer game?

    Is it happening on just one account?

    Is it happening on all accounts?

    it’s happening on just the account . It still hasn’t shown in my enforcement history. There is a serious problem with the enforcement team.

    One are you sure it's not a console suspension whichever co etc all profiles on affected console
