    Fraudulent / Illegal Digital purchases on my sons account


    My sons account was compromised somehow. The following purchases were made. Due to them being digital how do I go about seeking redress.

    THIS USER: [Mod Removed - Personal Information] Is purchasing on my sons account. I have now done my best
    via password changes and cc card changes to prevent further action, but I see no way to communicate with MSFT about this fraud or seek a refund.

    I'd like to get his money back, and make sure whatever hole the user used is fixed or patched. As you can see this is nearly $500 of transactions.
