Fraudulent Charges

So I look at my paypal about 3 weeks ago and see someone used my paypal and ordered XBOX Gold 12 months and EA access 12 month... ($90) ... I call Xbox and they dont see it and they look at payment and see someone with a domain name of Mailforspam.com
used the account but they say they cant cancel or give me a refund unless I had access to a Email that I have NO CLUE about.... They tell me to file a dispute with paypal.... Ok did that now 3 weeks later I get denied cause XBOX says I got the service and
never tried to cancel, that its a reaccuring yearly subscription (1st time its ever come out) ... So paypal tells me to call Microsoft again which I did and you only get a call center that says they cant see the email that ordered it to cancel cause the 1st
part is blurred out and the money will come out again next year if I dont cancel it..... I know Incan cancel my paypal pay that would be a hassle unless thats my last resort... I want my $90 back..... I guess the question is has anyone ever had problems with
Fraud through Microsoft and if so how waa it handled
