    Fraudulent charges still have not been refunded.

    This is something your credit card company should've done after you'd told them about the fraudulant charges.

    nothing because you can't buy anything

    its a PASSWORD RESET not an investigation all the phonecall does it validate who you are

    You can check the previous purchases made on your Mircosoft account at Sign in to your Microsoft account along with
    an approximate location of where the purchase was made. If you find a corresponding transaction there, this means the purchase was made through your own Microsoft account. You can contact Microsoft Support at support.microsoft.com/contactus To avoid further
    fraud, I would highly recommend you change your password and check out additionnal security options at https://account.microsoft.com/security?fref=home.card.security

    If the purchase was not made on your account, the issue must be resolved with the provider of the payment method used.
