    I have been trying to sign up for the rewards for the playathon for two days. It keeps saying there is an error loading the page... Don't tell your consumers that they can participate in an event when your server won't allow them to sign up!!!! If I couldn't
    effectively make my business work for two days I would be replaced at my shareholders. WTF

    Well, it's been longer than that so I've got a few options here - report MS for fraudulent advertising, demand a refund, or, the most practical long-term solution - buying a PS4 and a Mac and saying goodbye to MS for good.

    Your best bet is to contact support via phone or the live chat. They'll be able to look at your account to see if you've mistakenly been charged twice and if so, they should be able to refund you.
