  1. Fraude?

If I want to pay some money to play Bingo, does MS warn me that there are some connection problems, and that I eventually could lose my money in the middle of a game, due to these connections problems they have since months? If they don't warn me, and I
lose my money in a game because there server is nuts, are they then cheating? Is this theft?

    :)

Broken Rep System "Unjustified Avoid Me" (Pics Included)

Ambassadors need not respond, cut and paste does no good for my issue and you guys seem to think the system is perfect.

Honestly I could care less so much about others but I can definitely say that my rep change was Unjustified. I feel like I have been falsely put in to the "avoid me" reputation. My issue is that I had no warning or even messages
or no gradual decline in my reputation and I was simply put from "good player" straight to "avoid me" . I feel like a big contribution to this rep was in the abuse of the block me feature since I started playing Overwatch
and possibly Destiny. At one point ranked 250 on my Reaper when I actually could play, and top 1% in a bunch of stats in Destiny.

My friend dealt with a similar issue on Master Chief Collection and it was known as a major problem then and they fixed his account. So don't try to tell me this hasn't been a problem in the past. Also as you can see on the pictures which I will provide
below my Reputation as of June only had 3 reports in 6 Months with one of those reports being invalid (cheating) considering if I was cheating I would have been banned. This meant that there were at least 2
potential valid reports in 6 months.

When my account got to avoid me I felt like I could raise my rep the legit way. So for the past week I have kept my mic muted outside of party chat to prevent any communication. However as you can see in the second pic which I will provide below which involves
July, someone reported me for voice communication when I haven't even been using a mic. This meant that my hard work all week trying to get my rep up got denied. And I am now have 4 reports in 6 Months with 2 of them definitely unjustifiable.

In all seriousness I have tried to be patient with you guys, trying to contact Enforcement and event tried to chat with some reps at Customer Support which is the rudest service I have ever received from any company, she left halfway through chat and didn't
even proper responses. I have even compared my rep to others and I know a lot of people who have way more reports on there account then I do and still have "good standing". So this is definitely not a normal issue. As of
now my Xbox Live Gold ended today and I did not renew simply because of this issue. In all honesty I still love you guys and what you guys have provided me and allowed my friends to experience. As of now I have spent thousands of dollars on Xbox related stuff
and *** me off that the current games I bought I felt scammed by your guys, and frauded since I can't even play certain games I payed for with no legit justification to my rep. I'm tempted to dispute all my charges with my bank.

When I first got avoid me: https://postimg.org/image/7b6xigjsx/

Unwarranted report a few days later: https://postimg.org/image/4m19nblo1/266c8ebb/

Anyways hopefully you guys help me out and find me reason to renew my gold.

P.S. I love your guys current sale and even though I wasn't planning to buy some, why not play the single players if its on a good deal?

On a side note a acquaintance of my good friend who I met recently at a party, has the same issues as me, 2 reports on his accounts in 6 months and put into avoid me and he is freaking angry. He just passed his bar exam and joined a law firm specialized
in business, he isn't as patient as I am and already ask me to use my rep for evidence in conjunction for a class action lawsuit he intends file against Microsoft before the end of the fiscal year. Told him no LOL, not looking to screw Microsoft which screws
the players in general. He's already going on other media/forums outlets to message people about the inconsistency of the rep system and how Microsoft is scamming people so just a heads up. So yeah that's kinda a head up.

  3. Am I playing on Hacked account?

Ok here is my problem... Im currently playing on my own account that that is connected to an old email address that I made when I was a kid in 2002. I have two of my active credit cards link to this account. ( Ive not been ID frauded yet ) This email account
is so old I have forgotten the password that I made for it. 6 months ago I tried signing in online to the xbox website, after trying all passwords i could possibly think of I called Hotmail support to learn that apparently my hotmail account has been hacked
by some people in China... surprise surprise... One piece of good news is I am still able to temporarily reset that password to whatever for about 24h before the hackers change the password again. Ive since created a new profile that I do not use to game but
has my current emil address and stuff. But I still continue to use this infected gamertag and account.

Half a year down the road and I need to deal with this. Now that the X1 is coming out soon I definitely want to keep the same gamer-tag and achievements if possible.

I have a number of questions...

    -Enough info?

-Am I in over my head?

-Can I even switch my hacked gamer tag to my clean new account?

-Will my gamertag be infected not matter what?
-Am i better off starting a new account come Xbox1 time?
    -Any suggestions?

    Fraude [Translation-Fraud]

Sorry to hear it. First, please contact your credit card company and have the charges reversed. They may need to cancel your card and send you a new one.

When this is done, have your son log in to
    https://account.microsoft.com
and change his password. If he cannot log into this account you will need to contact Xbox Support via this link
    https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

To regain access to your son's Fortnite account you will need to contact Epic Games Support

    Hi
    Sandrabizutti
    ,

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

The best thing to do right away is change the password to the Microsoft Account to regain control of the account. If charges were made fraudulently through an account takeover, you must remove the card from the account and contact your financial institution
to submit a fraud claim since your card information was also compromised.

If you completely lost control of the account and can no longer sign in by ay means, I suggest contacting customer support:

No, they absolutely do not. Contact the FTC for fraud as the XBLET are fraud

    Game share

To clarify, playing the games is not fraud.

Trying to access the account would be considered fraud.
