Bonjour

Mon garçon joue depuis quelque temps sur fortnite on a changé la carte de crédit cause d un paiement passe ...mais malgré cela on es surpris ce matin par des paiements qui passe presque tous les 2 jours sur la nouvelle carte de crédit alors que mon garçon
n a jamais eu accès ça...pouvez vous m expliquer ça et y a t'il une solution pour arrêter cela et se faire rembourser merci

recommended by our Ambassadors, contacting support and requesting a refund are a good idea if these charges are unauthorized.

If you do have any recurring subscriptions for your child's account and do not wish to remove the card attached to them, then it would be a good idea to require
a passkey for purchases on your Xbox One console to keep your payment method secure. This is especially helpful to parents who want to approve the purchases their kids want to make.
