Fraud

I'm not sure where the right place to post this is but if there is a correct place to post this someone will tell me.

Two people have been scamming and one of them is committing fruad by going on other peoples' accounts, changing passwords to their account and/or email adress used to sign into it to gain access to credit/debit card infomation. Their names are eG x NiNJaZz
and eG x Sponge. the first one is committing fraud and the second one is thinking about it. They are and have been scamming Microsoft points and other money trading codes (I.E itunes, paypal, etc) without actually providing the product in return. In this case
Call of Duty modded lobbies.

Their ultimate goal is to get fifa points on FIFA 14 using credit/debit cards on their victims' accounts and then transferring any good players or the money they gain from the points to their own accounts.

I have a set of numbers I got from when I talked to a support agent over the live chat here 1234562197 and would like something done about these rule breakers.

Again, if this is the wrong place to post this please tell me and direct me to the correct place. I could not find it.

If this is 100% accurate why can they not set up an automated message explaining the details of what has happened with each xbox.

yea they dont care i called and said the exact same as you have and they keep giving the standard bull crap about how it is somehow your fault even though you may have not done anything wrong your not giving them enough of your money so they want you to
go out and buy one of those brand new xboxes that came out

 

Support should have told you to report them on your console.

There is no where to report them on these forums.

 

You also can't "Name & Shame" here on the forums, FYI. As Owen pointed out, just use the tools on your console to report people.... also.... you can't really report someone for "thinking" about doing something bad.

 

Alright. I was told by the support agent to make a post here for the enforcement team to see, I have never done this before so I don't really understand how it's all done. I have already reported them on the console and that really doesn't do anything, unless

Well I was told to put it here (forums, not this particular thread) if I wanted a fast-ish response by a member of the enforcement team.

NiNJaZz is committing fraud now but was doing simple scamming of microsoft points and other types of codes for money. Sponge has not yet committed fraud but has been scamming players before. I have reported both on console at least a month or two ago now
and nothing has happened.

Maybe I shouldn't of named and shamed but I've never done this type of thing before so I have no idea what the right and the wrong thing is to do.

 

Yea, you did the "Name & Shame" thing again... Enforcement doesn't check this forum. What Support told you is incorrect. As Owen pointed out (again), that section of the forum is full of people who have been reported via the console.

 

oh please stop with the..you cant name and shame, seems thats all youre bothered about, hes commited fraud and his name should be plastered all over these forums, how about calling the police if he's commited a crime, dont blother posting on here you will

I could do exactly the same by posting your name and gamertag across every forum claiming you have committed fraud too,does it mean its true???

Fine, this is my real account. (shakennebula89) and I know he's committing fraud for a fact. He is going on others' accounts (he joins the party with them) and then starts spending on their card linked to the account. He then gives some money that he gains
to eG x Sponge. I highly doubt they are both lying to me.

I guess they were wrong. I'll report them both now on the console and I bet you they'll do nothing as they always do. I don't mean to be rude but I don't want these acts to be gotten away with. It's illegal and he/they should be punished.

 

Anyone that gives him their account details deserves everything they get.

He cannot get into other peoples account without them giving him their passwords.

You thinking you are right does not give you the right to post their names here with no way to defend themselves.

 

Hey, maybe they deserved some punishment for giving our their info but fraud is I-L-L-E-G-A-L or can't you understand that? Just because they may deserve what they get doesn't mean they should get away with fraud.

 

How is it fraud,its not even theft if the account holder willingly gave out their passwords.

The truth of it is, the person giving out their password is guilty of account sharing and can get a permanent xbox live ban if caught.
