    so the person used my bank card without my knowledge to create and account and i want action done to take it down and return fund to the card i did not authorize any payment with that account and I didn't find out for a couple months that she has used my card on other occasions her name is Brittney butler she is 27 years old she is a thief and i want the Xbox team to take care of this please and thank you i have been a customer with Microsoft for over 10 years and this is the first time this has happened to me i can verify the card number that was used on file please contact me for any information you need to take this thief and lier down

    Sorry to hear it. First, please contact your credit card company and have the charges reversed. They may need to cancel your card and send you a new one.

    When this is done, have your son log in to

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

    The best thing to do right away is change the password to the Microsoft Account to regain control of the account. If charges were made fraudulently through an account takeover, you must remove the card from the account and contact your financial institution
    to submit a fraud claim since your card information was also compromised.

    If you completely lost control of the account and can no longer sign in by ay means, I suggest contacting customer support:

    Trying to access the account would be considered fraud.
