    No, they absolutely do not. Contact the FTC for fraud as the XBLET are fraud

    If this is 100% accurate why can they not set up an automated message explaining the details of what has happened with each xbox.

    Hey there Jamie,

    I would not advise to sharing account information as this could lead to problems of course in the sense that you are putting your information out there for somebody else to have access to. I would suggest taking a look at the

    Microsoft Services Agreement     under Your Content.
    This gives a bit more information on sharing your account with ohers.

    Both of you. Best case scenario is both if your accounts can be permanently banned. Worst case scenario is both of your consoles get permanently banned along with your accounts.

    Rule of thumb is don't use someone's account whom you don't know and don't give anyone you don't explicitly trust your account information. You are responsible for anything that person does while they have access to your account.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

    The best thing to do right away is change the password to the Microsoft Account to regain control of the account. If charges were made fraudulently through an account takeover, you must remove the card from the account and contact your financial institution
    to submit a fraud claim since your card information was also compromised.

    If you completely lost control of the account and can no longer sign in by ay means, I suggest contacting customer support:

    To clarify, playing the games is not fraud.

    Trying to access the account would be considered fraud.
