Fraud Purchases happen in my account not done by or family

I noticed today that some purchases happen in my account which were not done by me or family members .

Looking at the transaction details it is evident that those are malicious .

There are only two devices reregistered in my account ,best of my knowledge both were not used for past 10 days.

I called the support but to investigate more on this however could not complete the call because calls getting disconnected .

I have removed my payment option (Deleted the Credit card ) and raised the request for the refund .

It is very clear that someone logged in to my account and made these purchases .

I would like Microsoft to investigate on these and provide some details like time and the device name locations through this transactions made.
