    Hi this is a fraud transaction my phone was stolen with all my credit cards on it and and they were used on mutiple things i have to contract every company it was used on.

    An unauthorized purchase does not qualify for a refund.

    Just because the option is there doesn't change the issue. An UA purchase is fraud and no one refunds for fraud. That's why you contact your credit card company and have them dispute the charge.

    Fraud doesn't always refer to purchases.. and since your account was banned I imagine there is more to this than some purchase disagreement.

    Microsoft will refund purchases if they determine it was an unauthorized purchase. I had one many years ago and got it refunded.

    TO anyone that reads this/comes back to this, it turns out there was a fraud block, meaning I was only able to purchase so much Microsoft points incase of any fraud. You can have this lifted I believe if you contact Customer Support. Thanks for all your
