    Fraud on XBOX account, Microsoft no help


    My account was hacked and the person bought 5 different subscription based services. I disputed with microsoft multiple times and no help. The folks on the chat said do it this way and then I would get an email denying becuase you cannot return subscription
    services. I took it up with my bank and CC and the put the charges in dispute but Microsoft challenged. In the end I am out $100 bucks and Microsoft is no help. Any ideas.

    You can contact support and have the subscription refunded. Most subscriptions can be refunded if they are bought within 30 days.

    I completely get it. What I would advise is to give them a call right away so as not to cause any further damage.

    i wish it would be that easy microsoft has been denying this issue repeatedly what i need is an elevation to someone at microsoft that can think versus just following the policy
