    So, my wife's ex had her bank info saved to his xbox account. He is now using her banking info to purchase xbox live, and microsoft has no way to remove, stop, or reverse these charges. When we called "support" it took an hour to find an actual human to
    answer the phone, and then told us there's no way for them to stop or remove our information from someone elses account. We've already changed card numbers, which means this person is using the actual bank account number. And there's somehow no way for MICROSOFT
    in all its "Glory" to force someone to VERIFY THEIR PAYMENT OPTIONS. I informed them there is bad blood with this person, and no way for us to get them to peacefully remove the information, and apparently there is no way for microsoft to protect us by forcing
    an account to verify their payment options.

    Thanks for nothing microsoft! You're "support" is terrible, your automated services are trash, and there's absolutely no customer service. A multi-billion dollar corporation and you can't take care of your people.

    From the otherside, if i was fake calling to stop someones payment from processing, what negative impacts (other than a mild inconvenience) does it have on the account?!?!?! forcing me to VERIFY my payment options?

    how about you take care of people and stop promoting fraud. what you're doing here is convincing me that it's okay for me to steal someones information, use it to purchase all sorts of things, and there's nothing you will do to rectify the situation.n

    Updated phone number on my wife's account, logging in so we can view login activity and see if this ex has access to her email. Guess what!? Because we updated the phone number we CANNOT view login location activity for 30 days! Microsoft is absolutely the
    worst. I'll be doing everything to move us away from microsoft in totality. microtrash you have lost customers guaranteed from this. I'll be sharing this experience everywhere to take as many friends, family, and general public as i can, away from you. This
    is the worst experience i've ever had with you and it will be the absolute last!

    Why not contact the bank or card issuer? Claim fraud through her bank. Pretty simple solution really.

    when posting on the forums. One rule is not to create duplicate posts on the same topic. You can request a call from support, as no one on the forums have the tools for this.

    When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    I'm not sure where you've gone to try to get support, but you can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.
