Hi - After searching for ever I need to discuss with Microsoft security breaches via emails and account billing information that is not accurate ?

After numerous emails sent to us on our account the codes not received nor are your billing information pages accurate - clearly shows we paid our subscription. Major security issue needs to be urgently addressed and not by a forum.

Have you been hacked again ? I have already been hit with fraud cases involving Mircosoft don't need it happening again

Chinese Company Hacking Xbox Live Accounts

Microsoft’s in-house fraud investigators began looking at the site in December, making a number of purchases on iGSKY to build the case. In one case described by senior investigator Jeremy Beckley, Microsoft’s fraud team purchased 11,000 FIFA points on iGSKY.com, paying $60. Immediately afterward, Xbox Live received an email and password change for an eight-year-old account, which then proceeded to purchase 11,000 FIFA points for $127.54. It’s unclear how the group gained access to the account, although there was no indication of a broader breach of Xbox services.

iGSKY delivered the credentials to Microsoft’s investigations team in an email, along with instructions to spend the points as soon as possible. Shortly after that, the original owner of the account contacted Xbox customer support, complaining that he had been locked out of his account and unauthorized purchases had been made.

Based on that evidence, Microsoft has brought charges of fraud, CFAA violations, and racketeering conspiracy under RICO, naming alleged parent company Gameest and alleged proprietor Weiwei Chu. Still, Microsoft acknowledges it knows little about how iGSKY is operated, and hopes to turn up more detail in discovery.Click to expand...

Accidental purchase in marketplace.

TenthStreetRed -- Microsoft's policy is no refunds and suggesting otherwise is inappropriate. This incident does not amount to fraud because there was no criminal activity performed. His account was accessed on his console, no password was circumvented,
no lies were told... no fraud was committed.

never heard of any commerce breaches

A small amount of old emails.that had simple passwords using a brute force method sure

But most of the time you can use two factor authentication which prevents that

Or.simply use An5W3rM3 type paswords

as mentioned on many sites email breeches never affects your billing since your cc information is stored in 128bit encryption which hackers never got paat

However if you read those breeches news it's mostly people who use the same password on every single.site

So if they hack one site they have your password and then they try it on every other site including eBay or PayPal or psn or Xbox live

Most.breeches can be traced to Sony psn breech since most people use the same password or.only letter passwords which is bad

There is a website yoi.can check by anonymous to.check where they got your sccounts

Well I don't have accounts in any of.the.listed websites except for.adobe bit I changed the password.last time adobe told me about the breech

It's usually only passwords or personal.info

Or.emails

Visa has one of the highest encryptions ever

Thanks for the email but it has not assisted me I am a retired bank officer and knew the procedures in place when a fraud occurs. My problem is I have now a debit in my paypal account which has nothing to do with me. If i try to contact paypal the response is to contact microsoft.

What I want is to send microsoft details of my fraud, they must have frauds dept . Surely I am not an isolated incident this must be occurring frequently
