    Fraud activity via microsoft games


    I have had a fraudulent transaction via microsoft games my password was changed and also via paypal. how do I report it to microsoft I have found the so called purchaser email address if still current.

    My paypal account has been debited I reported the transaction to my financial institution and also their fraud dept. I thought frauds dept would advise microsoft and paypal of the fraud. Immediately we found the fraud I disabled microsoft and paypal now I am being charged for some else stealing.

    Thanks for the email but it has not assisted me I am a retired bank officer and knew the procedures in place when a fraud occurs. My problem is I have now a debit in my paypal account which has nothing to do with me. If i try to contact paypal the response is to contact microsoft.

    What I want is to send microsoft details of my fraud, they must have frauds dept . Surely I am not an isolated incident this must be occurring frequently

    Sorry to hear that Buddy, in cases like this as you already did. Is get in touch with your financial institution to decline/refund the fraudulent charges.

    If your PayPal has any debit/credit cards please remove from there. And to avoid any future issues I can advice you to contact your financial institution and delete those cards and give you a new ones

    I paid for a lot of sevices from micros soft and games through them I was not given after I paid for them how do I get my money back. Like fortnight save the world pack that isn't useable but I just bought it again and never have I got what I paid. I keep getting the computer run around.
