Franken Rewards

I have completed some of the challenges for the Franken Rewards just yesterday, and I have read that it can take up to 96 hours for the Rewards Credits to populate. So I have two questions, first is, on average how long do you have to wait to receive your
Rewards Credits? Second, if I complete a Franken Rewards challenge now and I haven't received my Rewards Credits by November which is when Franken Rewards ends, does that mean I don't get any of the challenges I may have completed?

Any help or information would be useful, I am only concerned that I am putting in effort and I won't get anything for it.

You'll need to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you.

 

For the first one like you said, for most offer it takes about 96 hours for the program to update and add your credits as pending after you complete an offer (unless stated differently in the terms of the offer).

Second, as long as you complete an offer during the offer period, you'll still get the credits. Even if you were to complete it on October 31.

 

You shall have your Credits as long as you have completed the offer. But I know it can easily also take more than 96hrs for some of it to show. I have experienced waiting for almost 2 weeks until it showed up anything, and another time I had to get in touch
with them to get my Credits I earned. Because I had like you, achieved/done some of the things in the last minute thing. Just so you are actually aware of this thing can happen.

When regarding the Earn those 5 Achievements thing for the Game(s) you purchased. I must admit I´m a bit confused about that sometimes. At least I know I have quite a few Achievements from the games I purchased myself, but certainly not if it is enough to
make it count. If not, it sucks.

 

I already got some of my points. (Step 1 and 2, but did the achievments too)

But I am waiting for the rest because I did the achievments just 2 days Ago, still I am concerned I don't get the points though I did all the Franken-Challenges.

There is a big difference between 6 or 15k points.

 

Yep, we are in the same boat I guess. Both having done Steps 1 & 2 and is IN our list as completed by now.

Then we are certainly not sure about the Achievements thingy, cause we did that as last minute ching.

Like me for instance. I certainly have more than 5 Achievements. But is it truly enough?! Cause I didn´t bought JUST 1 single game.

Guess we must wait at least 1 to 2 weeks before we know anything.

 

Still did not get the Points, but I looked into it I unlocked 5 achievements before 30th of Oktober.
