How do I earn Rewards with the FrankenRewards Offer?



This is a multi-tiered offer worth up to 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems overall. In order to earn the entire Rewards Credits amount, you must complete all of the levels of the offer. You can earn the 5 MyVIP Gems for completing any part of the
offer. Please see Question 2 for eligible content. All actions must be completed between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and October 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or
another world time database to determine local time.

Since you would not have purchased your games within the offer period specified in the FAQ entry above, those purchases would not be eligible for this offer.

Regarding your second question, from the FAQ for that part of the offer:

• Level 3: Electrify Your Subject (UNLOCKED BY LEVEL 1) — Earn 4,000 Rewards Credits for completing five achievements in the game(s) you purchased as part of Level 1.

Since you did not purchase any games that qualified towards level 1, you have not completed this offer. Again, previous games purchased are not eligible. The games purchased as a part of Level 1 must be purchased during the offer period.

mine have not counted either, this month or last. i finished the franken rewards, but my achievements didn't count

It takes about 96 hours for the program to update after actions have been completed. In order for support to check into it for you, you will need to post in the support section of this forum.

I already got some of my points. (Step 1 and 2, but did the achievments too)

But I am waiting for the rest because I did the achievments just 2 days Ago, still I am concerned I don't get the points though I did all the Franken-Challenges.

There is a big difference between 6 or 15k points.

Yep, we are in the same boat I guess. Both having done Steps 1 & 2 and is IN our list as completed by now.

Then we are certainly not sure about the Achievements thingy, cause we did that as last minute ching.

Like me for instance. I certainly have more than 5 Achievements. But is it truly enough?! Cause I didn´t bought JUST 1 single game.

Guess we must wait at least 1 to 2 weeks before we know anything.

Still did not get the Points, but I looked into it I unlocked 5 achievements before 30th of Oktober.
