    France TV Pluzz application issue


    Dear all,

    I loose france TV Pluzz's application since few days. The error message contain an error code : CV:KrGkJHHPEkqLCII3

    How can we get back this application ?

    Hi, i'm french. I have a old xbox 360 and a livebox Orange.

    The TVOrange app is ok but M6 app say "no server". I desinstall and install this app without difference.

    Also i don't find France TV Pluzz app ... why ?

    Thank you for your answer.

    I tried this and it doesn't work :(

    I have to download the update when i launch my xbox. When the update is downloaded, the xbox doesn't restart so i have to make the same thing when i restart manually... :(

    Hi Ash,

    Sorry to hear about the troubles. Let's start by holding the power button on the console for 5-10 seconds until it powers down.
    What this does is clear the console cache.

    If that doesn't do it, let's unplug the console from power and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Then plug it back in and give the update another shot.

    Let us know how that goes, or if you have anymore questions.
