Framerate DROP

    FPS drop and stuttering mean problems on the console? Or is that just a problem in the game?

    Framerate drops are common.

    as the console is new I noticed it as soon as

    I installed the games for the first time.

    I noticed this in FIFA, because I usually play on my brother's PS4,

    where I do not encounter these stuttering problems. As for the other games

    mentioned, it is really well visible (Mainly The Sims 4)

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console. While the console is unplugged unplug the router/modem to. Once everything is back online try again.

    Hello Savio,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Framerate drops can be cause by a few things. Its possible it is the game itself or the internet connection if you are playing online. Does this only happen to one game? Is there any troubleshooting you have
    already performed to try to resolve the issue?
