Frame Rate Issues

Mister Cizl, it is effecting every game. It has nothing to do with the internet.

It's a frame rate issue where the movement drops a few frames while the audio remains fine.

It occurred after the August update so it's a software issue based on the update itself. It has nothing to do with the games or actual hard drive.

It is a update glitch. For some reason it's messed with how the processor handles the frame rate of games.

 

That's right FireShaminar, the problem is in the update of 23 September that somehow seems to be corrupted and not tested at Microsoft dear duty, and we users are paying the consequences of your mistakes !!!

 

I almost forgot to mention I have a 2014 console and not the recent Slim model, but I don't see how that helps since mine worked perfectly fine from purchase up until the end of August update.

 

at this point im calling incompitance on microsoft, clearly they dont care as there is NOTHING on the issue at hand, there are too many topics to discount it as a few small incidents.

and guys, i know its annoying but try not to get angry at the forum mods/admins, they can only do as they are told, which saddly isn't very helpful for us. but it's not their fault.

EDIT Here is some additional information we need collected in addition to Cizl's post:

• Doing game chat when this issue occurs?
• Do you have an app snapped when this occurs?
• Premium headset attached?
• Are you game streaming?
• Are you also doing a download in the background?
• Playing background audio?

I received an update yesterday (I think?) but haven't had the opportunity to test anything yet. I'll need to wait until the weekend before I can give any further feedback.

 

No, the latest update has not fixed the problem.

 

Mister Beep, when the frame rate issue happens to me, I'm playing a solo game that isn't connected to any online format at all, nor were there any downloads going on in the background or any game chat whatsoever.

I find it truly bizarre that this glitch occurred in the first place. I've owned a PS1, PS2, Xbox, Xbox360, PS3 and now Xbox One and never have I had frame rate issues like this up until the August update.

 

But I wonder what, why do not you try a Microsoft Xbox One first model in offline PES 2017 will see for yourself what you combined with the latest update !!!! you are ridiculous, always do the usual questions by blaming us for your mistake, and that we are
two months this problem !!!

 

Go ahead of yourself and get your answers for the next question: Do you have a Kinect plugged in the xbox?

I think at this point the support team are just trolling.
