Frame rate issue on video apps

Discus and support Frame rate issue on video apps in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I watch Amazon video on the Xbox one but i get a lot of judder and dropping frames, it's seems to be happening on other video apps too.     Frame rate issue on video apps


    I watch Amazon video on the Xbox one but i get a lot of judder and dropping frames, it's seems to be happening on other video apps too. I've tried everything to stop it,

    ie : hard wired the Internet ,reset the Xbox ,unplugged the cables and left for ten minutes,changed routers ,changed resolution to 720p unticked and ticked everything but no joy .its really distracting to watch .seen as couple of threads already on this
    but they seem to stop dead with no answer .

    can anyone help?

    Netflix and Amazon Lovefilm - Choppy Framerate

    thewilltokill, most modern flatscreen TVs in the UK can in fact handle NTSC and 60hz frame rate video so that is not the cause of judder on panning shots in Xbox one Love Film and Netflix apps in the UK. The 50HZ problem we have in Great Britain is that
    set top boxes such as Virgin Media Tivo and Sky output 50HZ video so when routed through Xbox one which outputs at 60Hz, TV video judders due to the frame mismatch. Its not the same issue though that is being reported on this thread.

    Frame rate issue on video apps

    A bunch of us have been complaining about this since the first NXOE beta which broke video playback across nearly all apps aside from netflix. I've tried every channel of feedback i can think of but to no avail. Its been confirmed by eurogamer and microsoft
    internally, but not externally. Continue to voice your feedback via the console, twitter, social media etc.

    I just watched a movie tonight on Movies & TV app and the stuttering is gone! i'm on the latest beta program. So happy, hopefully it continues this way.

    Amazon instant video has serious frame rate issues, Sound is fine, but the video studders. It worked great until Sunday Afternoon , march 23.

    I went on YouTube and seen a video of gta v on 360, the person who made the video specified that before he starts his video, there is no lag aka frame rate issue at all, not even slight. I watched the 20 minute video 3 times to make sure, I looked close
    at the buildings, passing cars etc and the video showed a fast car speeding through the city where there is a lot more content than open land like the desert and I didn't see any frame rate

    Side note I'm extremely impressed with the graphics

    I think it's against the rules to post early video of games but search " gta v gameplay leaked amazon " on YouTube and scroll, look for a video that's 20 minutes long and the title is " first 20 minutes of gta v "

    It's HD so it's extremely clear there's absolutely no frame rate issue aka lag
