Every time I click the Xbox insider hub it says you can't join the Xbox insider program because of your past behavior !

Please try the steps below to do a power cycle and see if that sorts out the issue.

1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

If it also does not work on your Xbox with a different controller, then something with the software is causing this to happen. If that's the case then you may need to try the soft factory reset a few more times.

Choose Search.

Enter insider in the box, then select Xbox Insider Hub.

The Xbox Insider Hub can be installed from Microsoft Store on your Windows 10 PC.
