Hello that is unknow. You could look on your microsoft account and check under billing and see what it says for that amount. If not you would have to call them up or speak with agent in an official chat so they can look at your account and let you know.

You'll want to get your account back by those steps, contact support, and check your Order History at account.microsoft.com > Payments & Billing > Order History to make sure there were no fradulent charges on your account.
