"Fractured but Whole" - No pre-order code (again)

Again I am not receiving the promised code. This is so frustrating.

Ordered "South Park - Fractured but whole" on 23rd of December. No code. I cancelled and ordered again yesterday, no code. Website says instantly. Support keeps telling me different reasons for the issue. Now they want me to contact Ubisoft who cannot even
verify I bought the game.

Worst customer experience ever. What do I need to do?

Missing pre-order reward codes

Hi, I never recieved the pre-order reward codes for:

"South Park, Stick of Truth" from my pre-order of "South Park, Fractured But Whole"

and

My pre-order reward code for "Dishonored" from pre-ordering "Dishonored 2"

I had ordered the Gold edition, now I don't see the Xbox One version (not back compatible version) of Stick of truth. So the page above's stating I will get the Xbox One version (native Xbox One version right?) not until the launch of the game (March 2017?)
or I will get it sometime now? by getting an Xbox Live message with code?

anyone please help me clarify this? thanks.

 

UPDATE: So, I have talked to Ubisoft. Here is what they told me: Although Microsoft advertises that people will get the code "instantly", Microsoft has decided that people will get the code AFTER release. This is a decision that was not made by Ubisoft.
Buy the game at Ubisoft for PC or for PS4 and you will receive the code for "Stick of Truth" right away.

Nice Microsoft. Not only is this false advertisement, I was also wasting hours in support chats where support staff was trying to "fix the problem" making me try all kinds of trouble shooting, while lying to me. In the end I was told first that Ubisoft will
not send the codes right away, but a few days after purchase and then again that this is a misunderstanding and Ubisoft will send all codes at release.

This is sh**. I regret buying the One for Christmas. Sony support was bad too, but at least there was never any need to contact them because promotions worked.
