    J'essaie ce matin d'utiliser un code échanger mais sans succès. Ce code se réfère un jeu (Ghost Recon Wildlands). Lorsque j'insère le code sur l'appli Android Xbox, le site web, ou sur la console, j'obtiens cette erreur:

    Vérifiez les instructions fournies avec votre code. Vous devez peut-être l’échanger sur une page web différente.

    Comment valider mon code ?

    I try this morning to use a code to exchange but without success. This code refers to a game (Ghost Recon Wildlands). When I insert the code on the Android Xbox app, the website, or on the console, I get this error:

    How do I validate my code?

    For a code like this, as Smwutches stated. You'll need to work with the retailer to exchange any codes. We don't have the ability to exchange codes in that fashion here. Very sorry for any miscommunication. Are you able to redeem the code on xbox.com
