Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to. Ark is a play anywhere title on Microsoft and Steam is a totally different platform.

As previously mentioned, if the game was bought on Steam, it would limit the amount of cross-platform play that can be achieved due to the Microsoft store and Steam store being entirely different from one another.

For codes being given in regards to entitlements on different platforms, you would need to get in contact with the developers of the game to discuss receiving such a code.

Ark in the Windows Store is different from the Ark in Steam. Therefore, Steam mods may not be compatible with the Windows Store version.
