FPS drops when playing games PLEASE help me

So this past month i have been experiencing my frame per second drop to where it makes any battle royal game unplayable. Its weird because it only does it when im playing on a big map and when i look into the far distance where more things have to render
thats when the fps drops, when i look at the back side of the map where not as much of the map has to render the game runs fine like it normally would before this issue happend. I have 60 mps download speed and good ping on games. (under 50ms) The games
i experience this with is cod bo4 on blackout and apex legends. I have literally tried everything from all the trouble shooting options, clearing mac address, clear blue ray disk, (etc..) I even went out and bought a brand new xbox one s and got a brand new
modem.... guess what? still didnt fix it -_- Please if someone could help me fix this issue i would appreciate it so much thank you for your time.

For loading times, I would highly recommend buying an SSD.

Have you tried port forwarding ports for those specific games? Call of duty I know has additional ports that need to be open. You can have an open NAT on xbox and have a moderate nat on COD. You can also check your nat for COD from their network stuff
in their menu's

just to be sure, are the games installed on an external hdd? If so can you try what happens if the game is installed on a different external hdd or the internal hdd.

Hi Mister,

I don't have any problems with watching videos on Youtube, streamings on Twitch.

I tried the official Microsoft demo in 4K called "Insects" and no FPS drops.

I just reinstalled Monster Hunter World and now I am fixed : When logging into the game, even in the lobby, FPS drops are constantly present when turning the camera and running. And I hear a weird noise of the fan.

When I bought this game, I could play with no problems of fluidity.

I try few more things

1. When i down from 120 fps to 60 fps - the problem fixed (but is important to me to stay on 120 fps)

2. When i turned off the option on my tv called :

instant game response

It’s also fixed but not good play on this mode (fps down and more)
