  1. fps drops in Minecraft bedrock. (serious)

Okay, so I’ll try to word this the best I can. I have no idea what is causing it. In Minecraft, when I join any world, my FPS gradually lowers. It starts at around the 170s, then drops to the 120s, then 61, then 31, and sometimes rarely below that. I’m on PC and have an RX 6400, a Ryzen 5 5600X, and 32 GB of RAM. A key thing I noticed is that my graphics card is only at about 30% usage, and I’m getting around 31 FPS, while my CPU hovers in the mid-50% range. I have also been playing with someone on Xbox Series X, and they are experiencing the same issues. However, when I get on my phone or low-end laptop, I’m completely fine and stay at a consistent 60 FPS. I have reinstalled Minecraft Bedrock, and there is still no fix. I also think the issue only triggers when I move, but I’m not completely sure. I’m using a client called Oderso to track FPS, but I’ve also turned it off and used Horion's in-game tracker as well as the Windows Game Bar. I also use Frame Generation, and I don’t think Frame Generation is affected because it works just fine and makes the 30 FPS feel more like 45 FPS. I want to say it’s probably the CPU not generating things when it’s supposed to, but I’m just guessing. It’s especially noticeable with Vibrant Visuals on.

    :)

Hi there! This is Virginia O.

I understand that you are experiencing FPS drop on Minecraft Bedrock.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please disable or adjust Vibrant Visuals by running Minecraft without Vibrant Visuals (or with a lowered quality setting) to see if the FPS drop becomes less severe. If it does, it means the mod may be adding more load than the engine can comfortably handle.

And then review In-Game settings. Lower render distance and disable heavy effects like fancy shadows. Do this by experimenting with turning off vsync if the issue persist, kindly adjust FPS.

Next is to check system and driver settings. To do this, update your GPU drivers from AMD’s official page. Make sure that Windows is set to “High Performance” to avoid any throttling.

It is also important to monitor CPU and GPU temperatures during gameplay to rule out thermal throttling.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

Is this occurring with more games?
    What are your computer specifications?
What procedures you tried to fix this excluding lowering the settings and vsync?

    Minecraft Windows 10 Edition

Well, it didn't. Apparently the promotion ended a while ago so they won't let me have Minecraft Bedrock for free anymore and scammed me out of $27. This is some serious bs and I hate Mojang for it. Thanks for all of the help though!
